Milton Avenue – update on works

Gloucester City Council are hoping to begin works with contractors in Milton Avenue soon.

Letters have been sent to local residents (see below) and the initial timetable is included, along with the plans as above. The works are those as agreed with stakeholders but as with all projects of this nature they can possibly be subject to delay or revision as the project progresses.

The funding has come from the European Union to improve green space. This was secured before Brexit and the money is safe.

    Seb its great but will wheelchairs get around ..And i recall yrs ago this was all green space all them houses Were not there it was allottments green wild areas !!!

      Thanks Robin yes it should be made accessible, that is the plan. Working with the council on this and also with Lisa and Podsmead Big Local to make the play park accessible for children.
